About Afifeh Naoum-Bardos

Afifeh Naoum-Bardos was born in Jordan to a Palestinian mother and Lebanese father. As a child, she grew up in the Black Forest region of Germany near Baden-Baden, a historical spa town that has been offering wellness since the Roman Era. Organic living and sustainable life abound in Baden-Baden. It was here that Afifeh began seeing the benefits of holistic living especially when it came to beauty.

From that early experience, Afifeh's passion for beauty led her to the United States and to the world of cosmetics. She has spent the last two decades learning about the expansive world of cosmetics and fragrances while working as a cosmetic manager for department store giants, Macy's and Dillards.

Afifeh managed multi-million dollar accounts and consistently achieved #1 sales positions becoming only one of eight people in the United States to achieve an industry leader position with Lancome. She has also received numerous awards for excellence in cosmetic sales.

Afifeh received extensive training on all cosmetics and fragrances including lines such as Shisheido, Dior, Chanel, Origins, Prescriptives and more. This has given her a tremendous knowledge of product development, ingredients and an acute awareness of harmful chemicals and proper treatment of skin.

After her successful career in cosmetics Afifeh ventured on to become an aesthetician to increase her overall knowledge of skin care and body treatments. She has delved into the minds of thousands of women and has grown adept at understanding their needs, wants and desires.

Armed with decades of experience, Afifeh naturally created Afifeh's Aesthetics and Cosmetics in 2006 and Exfolishave, her first all-natural personal care product for the company.

Afifeh seeks to employ natural products for the conscious luxury consumer and aims to expand her product library with a focus on skin care and nourishment. This is just the beginning. Look for more product lines in the future from this passionate and conscious woman.
